Note: 10% alcohol, not effing around.  Bottled 2011. N/ Wonderful, warm malts, and thick creaminess. Strong burlap. River rocks. Medium roasted, vanilla scented coffee. Honey on toast. Only fault on the nose is that the burlap aromas are a tad too strong. T/ Light to medium mouthfeel. Rich, deep , round malt and coffee flavors. […]

N/ Deep, round chocolaty malts. Sugar-dusted gunnysack. Wet leather. Nutmeg and spice. Oyster shells. Fantastic. T/ Medium-full mouthfeel. Warm, round, soft chocolates and stewed woods. N/ Peaches, hay, honey, sugar cookies, and yes, not kidding, ripe bananas. Ends with a last second yeast reach-around. T/ Medium-full mouth feel that unloads nice malts, fresh meaty peaches, and amber goodness.  Wet, dripping, and then dry.  A beer journey of the finest. One of my favorite beers, ever. Wow.  I. LOVE. This. Beer. Astounding+.

C/ Deep and dark amber. Cloudy due to the yummy lees(yeast carcasses).N/ Toasted wood. Clean bog water. Butter. Mud.T/ Medium-full mouthfeel.
