N/ Massive and rich.  Thick oaks. Ripe, smoked black fruits. Rich forest floor, strong flint, tobacco, and gunnysack. Unlike any Carmenere nose I have ever smelt. A red blend of: 86% Carmenere, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 6% Petit Verdot. N/ Warm woods. Invasive, seared cherries. Leather. Dry earth. Unfortunately, a tad hint of that occasional Carmenere “plastic” smell (however, after one hour was thankfully replaced by chocolate and black pepper wiffs). T/ Medium mouthfeel.
