A red blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Carménère and 15% Syrah. N/ Signature Carménère smoke dominated for an hour. Plum. Tobacco. Dry earth. Leather. T/ Medium-full mouthfeel. Clean, but slightly chalky. Dry. Big plum notes. Nice acid and structure. Mouthwatering close.
