N/ Deep, round chocolaty malts. Sugar-dusted gunnysack. Wet leather. Nutmeg and spice. Oyster shells. Fantastic. T/ Medium-full mouthfeel. Warm, round, soft chocolates and stewed woods.     N/ Dark chocolate smeared all over burlap. Crushed granite sprinkled into coffee. Positively delightful. T/ Full mouthfeel. Dripping milk and bitter chocolate. Wonderful acid. Canada, Beer, La Fin Du Monde, Unibroue

N/ Peaches, hay, honey, sugar cookies, and yes, not kidding, ripe bananas. Ends with a last second yeast reach-around. T/ Medium-full mouth feel that unloads nice malts, fresh meaty peaches, and amber goodness.  Wet, dripping, and then dry.  A beer journey of the finest. One of my favorite beers, ever. Wow.  I. LOVE. This. Beer. Astounding+.

Belgium, Beer, Orval, Trappist Ale

N/ Old and wet wine barrel. The smell of age. Light flowers. Chamomile. Cloves. Incense. T/ Medium mouthfeel. Effervescent, almost too much so! Woods, gunnysack, dry dirt. Stale cherries. Dry, but a long, long finish. Interesting. Very Good+ / Brilliant-.
