Interesting and unexpected.

T/ Light to medium mouthfeel. Strawberries and cream. Cranberries.

Clean lines of minerals on an extended close for a rosé.

From the winery…


After stemming, the grapes macerate for several hours with their skins in order to extract their colour and aromas. The must is then taken to a stainless steel tank where it ferments at a temperature of 20º C. After the fermentation, the wine is decanted several times, clarified and stabilized before being filtered for bottling.”
