This wine was a media sample generously provided by the winery.

From the winery…

“This wine is made from a combination of vineyard parcels drawn from throughout the east coast regions of New Zealand. The diversity of soil profiles and climates of each region provided fruit with unique and complementary flavour characteristics to contribute to the finished wine.”

“Following harvesting and gentle crushing, a portion of the parcels received extended skin contact to extract colour from the berry skins, with the balance pressed straight to tank. Fermentation of the individual parcels in stainless steel tanks was kept cool to preserve freshness and aromatics. The delicate salmon-pink hue has been carefully managed throughout the winemaking process to ensure it remains true and bright.”
