N/ She greets you with wild herbs and cherry taffy wafts. I find hints of copper / blood and nice dark soil notes. She also has plum skins, fresh organic earth aromas, and a bit of brick dust.
T/ Light to medium mouthfeel. Cherry and red berry flavors dominate with a touch of gripping tannins. I also find a little bit of cranberry pucker.
Secondary flavors are baker’s chocolate and black tea. While the acid is good, I would prefer it to be a bit higher.
She closes with mineral notes and a light tannic bite.
I would pair this with anything you would normally use with pinot noir, but it can probably withstand a nice solid steak because of these tannins.

From the winery…
“A rare and exclusive grape variety cultivated on only a few hectares, it is best expressed in the red sands of Vittoria, not far from the sea. An aromatic and pleasant red wine as few others, a perfect synthesis between tradition and innovation.”
